Shipping takes approximately 7-10 Business Days. All orders are shipped with FedEx.

•The processing and delivery time may be affected by public holidays.

•Caryba Hair is not liable for missing or stolen packages marked as delivered.

•If you believe your order was delivered to the wrong address, we recommend filing a claim with the courier directly.

•If the wrong item is shipped in your order, please contact our customer service team immediately and they will assist you with a return.

•Shipping fees are non-refundable for all orders including returns, lost or stolen packages.

•Failure to sign for the delivery will result in the package being sent back to the warehouse for collection.

•A tracking number will be sent to you via email. All orders can be tracked on the FedEx website.
